That is so funny! We have the same debate at my house, with me and my husband. I say Kyu-pon, but he says I shouldn’t say it that way in front of anyone – that’s it’s really cou-pon, he tells me, it’s like a chicken coup! Ha ha! Glad I’m not the only one saying it my way!
