Posted by on Jul 1, 2016

Java. Liquid jo. Café. Espresso. Half caf double shot soy vanilla latte? Call it what you will. But Coffee is one of my favorite things to sip and enjoy. I love the smell of coffee beans and the sound of a cappuccino machine is music to my ears. Yep. I am definitely a Java Jane! J

This? Getting to try the Capresso- EC PRO Espresso & Cappucino Maker? This is like Christmas and my Birthday all wrapped into ONE!

  • The heavy-duty stainless steel construction makes the EC PRO a standout on your counter and is easy to clean.
  • Its compact footprint of 8″ x 11″ means it won’t take up much counter space.
  • A big 42 ounce removable water container means more espresso and less refilling.
  • The large, integrated cup warming tray on the top of the machine is not only is a great place to show off your special cups. Warm cups keep the espresso hot for a longer time for your drinking pleasure.
  • Front-panel indicator lights show you at a glance when the power is on and whether the “Coffee/Steam” mode is selected.

I have a fairly large kitchen with a lot of counter space, and I love to display this little number. But even if you don’t have a lot of space but enjoy cappuccino like I do, the Capresso- EC PRO Espresso Maker is for you! You don’t have to be a barista to learn the ropes either…however, that being said, I have thought about a part time gig on the side- if for nothing else but the discount! The instructions are very well written and within minutes, you will be on your way to making YOUR cup of perfection. This is said to be an “entry level” espresso machine and it will be great for your at home enjoyment of cappuccino or espresso.

Now, I will admit. It did take me a few tries to get the hang of it, and it will take about 5 minutes for your Capresso- EC PRO Espresso Maker to warm up, so be patient!  Also, since it is a machine with parts, be sure to keep things clean so it will not get clogged (flush the drip tray after use). The plus? It really is easy to clean.

It’s a fun excuse to invite a friend over for a chat, and enjoy your drink of choice. Or enjoy it alone while watching your fave guilty pleasure TV show, or reading a book! The possibilities are endless.  If you practice you may see that this tastes equally or even better than your local café. If you love coffee like I do, the choice was obvious. Buy. Try. Love!
